131 – Organizational hindrances to pandemic recovery, voluntary solutions, self-worth integration

Play

In this episode we explore facets of problematic organizations and their need to transform, so pandemics and a multiplicity of other challenges can be effectively dealt with, minimizing harm to individuals and businesses. The FDA remains detrimental to widespread testing for covid19, hindering more informed decision-making and innovation (until then, masks, vitamin D, eating low-carb Primal or carnivore, and oximeters can help). Instead of top-down systems, including the typical corporate structure, we need Teal organizations, which honor self-management, holistic human functioning, and evolutionary purpose. The CCP stands in stark contrast to freedom and responsibility; the Chinese people and the rest of the world suffer from its authoritarianism. Free speech and free press, as well as questioning unjust orders, are essential for liberation from domination systems, which reflect the archaic paradigm of control, fear, and punishment. Whether or not we’re parents, we can learn to view ourselves and children as capable, dignified, and respectful beings, worthy of happiness.
