Regarding sustainability, we can maintain biological systems on our wondrous planet without dispensing with evidence and principles of our ancestral health. Finally, regarding Branden’s question, we need to transform the current cultural paradigm of punishment into one of restorative justice and win/win processes, which reflect self-trust and trust in others to meet needs. Working on self-esteem and being able to soothe oneself when feeling upset contribute to inner well-being and a world without punishment.
